Using Trace Request Complete the form on the right to submit a trace request to MEDACC. Instructions are undertaken on the express understanding that instructing Agents or otherwise are responsible for all fees & disbursements incurred whether on behalf of their clients or otherwise. Any query upon an invoice should be raised within 30 days after which it will be deemed the invoice has been accepted as debt due and forthwith payable. |
